HiringProcess

The hiring process typically takes approximately four to eight weeks from the time we receive your completed application. We do not have fixed testing dates—instead, we schedule assessments on an as-needed basis to keep the process moving efficiently.

Expanded Benefit Details: 
Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 192 hours of PTO annually, tiered by years of service.
Parental Leave: 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave at 100% of your base salary.
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per fiscal year for approved continuing education.
Education Incentives: Permanent base salary increases of $2,000 for an Associate's degree, $3,000 for a Bachelor's degree, or $3,500 for a Master's degree.
Retention Bonuses: Annual lump-sum retention bonuses ranging from $400 to $3,000 based on years of service.
Employee Referral: Earn bonuses for referring a successfully hired candidate.
